Dr. Christen Carute

Dr. Christen Carute, a Staten Island native, attended the College of Staten Island where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience and Developmental Disabilities. She graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine and received several honors and awards for her leadership, achievements, and ethical and caring behavior towards patients.

Dr. Carute completed her general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital and continued her training to serve as Chief Resident during her second year. She is an active member of the American Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society and the Richmond County Dental Society.
