A dedicated and compassionate manager, Ewelina is focused on managing our office and always keeping our office running smoothly. She interacts with patients and our staff with the utmost respect and friendliness. She enjoys the excitement of helping patients achieve their smile goals. When Ewelina is away from the office, she enjoys singing, cooking, and doing her nails.
Silvy
Dental Assistant
Silvy has been a Dental Assistant at Marine for about 5 years. She is known for her charisma and positive attitude. Silvy is very sweet and strives to make patients comfortable. In the future, she plans on furthering her education in the dental field. Her favorite part of being in the dental field is getting to know a patient as an individual, not just a chart number.
Traci
Orthodontic Billing Specialist
Traci is our Orthodontic Billing Specialist here at Marine Dental, and has been helping dental patients since 1997. The best part of her role in the office is being friendly and making the patients feel comfortable with their financial decisions. She also enjoys problem solving with her coworkers, and helping out around the office. Away from the office, Traci loves to golf with her husband and spend time with her grandchildren.
Michele
Hygienist
Michele has enjoyed her career in dental hygiene for 36 years and has spent all 36 right here at Marine Dental! She strives to provide the best oral care to her patients while making them feel comfortable in a dental setting. She likes that the office is large and that everyone gets along. Michele also loves that the staff is kind and helpful. In her free time, she enjoys playing cards, walking her dog, and spending time with her grandchildren - who she says are growing up way too quickly.
Caitlyn
Dental Hygienist
Caitlyn has been a part of the Marine Dental family since 2021. With her beautiful smile and hilarious sense of humor, Caitlyn is guaranteed to turn anyone’s frown upside down. Her favorite part of being a Dental Hygienist is patient connection and putting a smile on her patient’s faces. Outside of the office, she loves kickboxing and spending time with her children.
Ariel
Hygienist & Registered Tooth Fairy
Ariel has been a “Registered Tooth Fairy” here at Marine for two years. She is extremely outgoing and is an absolute joy to be around. Ariel is a mother to two beautiful girls, Rylee and Demi. In her free time, she loves doing arts and crafts and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is making sure every patient feels special and has a great experience at every appointment.
Melissa
Hygienist
Melissa joined our team in 2023. She was born and raised in Staten Island. She comes from a loving and hard-working family who instilled a strong work ethic at an early age. Melissa works with her patients to educate them on how they can improve and maintain their oral health, while also providing instructions on how to uphold a proper at-home oral hygiene routine to maintain healthy beautiful teeth.

Bernie
Dental Assistant
Bernie joined our practice in 1989. With over 30 years of dental experience and about 20 years at Marine, she started her dental career at only 17 1⁄2 years old! She is a Dental Assistant who strives to make sure that appointments run smoothly. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients and seeing the smile on their faces when their teeth are restored. In her free time, Bernie likes to relax and enjoy a good movie, go out to eat with friends, enjoy family time, and go upstate on weekends.
Karen
Dental Assistant
Karen has over 25 years of experience as a dental assistant. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Marine Dental Services team. Karen’s favorite part about working in dentistry is making patients smile with confidence, which some have not done in a long time. When Karen is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and taking walks on the beach.
Josephen
Dental Assistant
Josephen has over 30 years of experience as a Dental Assistant and has spent 21 of them here at Marine Dental. Josephen’s favorite part about working in dentistry is meeting and interacting with many different people. When Josephen is not at the office, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband.
Mena
Dental Assistant
Mena became a dental assistant because he loves dentistry. He is looking forward to pursuing his education further by acquiring knowledge while working at Marine Dental. Mena treats each patient with care and respect, and always tries to make their dental visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible. When he is not working, Mena enjoys playing piano, ping pong, and serving children at church.
Juliette
Dental Assistant
Juliette joined this team in 2022. Her favorite part about working at Marine Dental is making sure patients feel comfortable and helping them get over their fear of being in the dental chair. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family!
Hanan
Receptionist
She joined Marine Dental in August of 2023, and enjoys being part of the team to satisfy patients' needs. Her favorite hobbies include listening to music and reading. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time with family and baking.
Sandy
Dental Assistant
She joined as a dental assistant for the office in February 2023. She enjoys being able to help patients feel confident in their smiles again. Her favorite part about the position is gaining knowledge on different dental procedures because of her passion for dentistry. Her hobbies include doing artwork and playing badminton. Outside of the office, She likes to spend her free time with family and friends.
Kostandina
Receptionist
Kostandina joined our Marine Dental Services family recently in 2023. She says that everyone has been so welcoming and kind which has made her experience here nothing but great. In her free time, she enjoys reading and cooking. She is also currently studying to get into nursing school and hopefully pursue a career in the field!
